(a) 6 Feb 2007 - Receipt of 612,993 new units in CCT by CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited ("CCTML"), in payment of its management fees.

(b) 3 May 2007 - Receipt of 553,244 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(c) 7 Aug 2007 - Receipt of 539,176 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(d) 9 Nov 2007 - Receipt of 597,445 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(e) 4 Feb 2008 - Receipt of 722,800 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(f) 2 May 2008 - Receipt of 881,409 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(g) 5 Aug 2008 - Receipt of 938,075 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

(h) 20 Aug 2008 - Receipt of 6,123,199 new units in CCT by CCTML as payment of acquisition fee for acquisition of 1 George Street.

(i) 31 Oct 2008 - Receipt of 2,019,040 new units in CCT by CCTML, in payment of its management fees.

As CCTML is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CL, CL is deemed to be interested in the above units held by CCTML.
