By virtue of :

(A) The issue of new units in CCT ("Units") totaling 56,250,818 from 5 September 2006 to 1 February 2012 to CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited as manager of CCT for the payment of management fees for the period from 1 September 2006 to 31 December 2011 and acquisition fees for the acquisition of Raffles City Singapore, One George Street and Wilkie Edge.

(B) The issue of new Units under the fully underwritten renounceable 1-for-1 rights issue by CCT in 2009 under which E-Pavilion had received 184,137,000 Units.

(C) The issue of 379,708 Units in 2011 arising from a conversion of an aggregate principal amount of S$500,000 of the S$225 million 2.7 Per Cent. Convertible Bonds Due 2015 into Units.
