Cohen & Steers, Inc.'s interest in CCT has fallen below the 5% threshold by reason of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSCM, having sold 2,054,000 Units across 42 accounts in CCT on 20 September 2011 out of a total of 47 accounts with holdings. Neither Cohen & Steer, Inc. nor any of its affiliates is the registered holder of any Units of CCT.
