Cohen & Steers, Inc.'s interest in CCT has fallen below the 6% threshold by reason of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSCM, having sold 6,918,000 Units across 11 accounts on 1 September 2011 out of a total of 48 accounts with holdings. Neither Cohen & Steers, Inc. nor any of its affiliates is the registered holder of any Units of CCT.
