Cohen & Steers, Inc.'s interest in CCT has fallen below the 8% threshold by reason of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSCM, having bought 500,000 Units across 8 accounts and sold 1,811,000 Units across 5 accounts on 7 June 2011 out of a total of 57 accounts with holdings. Neither Cohen & Steers, Inc. nor any of its affiliates is the registered holder of any Units of CCT.
