Cohen & Steers, Inc. has exceeded the 6% threshold by reason of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. and Cohen & Steers Europe S.A., having purchased 1,923,000 Units in CCT on 11 November 2010 across 36 accounts out of a total of 55 accounts. Neither Cohen & Steers, Inc. nor any of its affiliates is the registered holder of any Units of CCT.
