By virtue of:-

1. a series of transactions by Fullerton Fund Management Company Ltd. ("FFMC") for its discretionary investment clients. FFMC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek;

2. a series of transactions by subsidiaries of DBS Group Holdings Limited ("DBSH"). DBSH is an associated company of Temasek; and

3. the issue of new units to CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited ("CCT Management"), the manager of CCT for payment of management fees for the period from 1 October 2009 to 31 December 2009. CCT Management is a subsidiary of CapitaLand Limited ("CL") which is an associated company of Temasek.

As at 12 February 2010, Temasek therefore had a total interest in 900,816,367 units representing 31.98% of the total issued units comprising :

(i) 3,246,000 units in which DBSH has a deemed interest;

(ii) 1,285,044 units in which Keppel Corporation Limited, an associated company of Temasek, has a deemed interest;

(iii) 891,410,323 units in which CL has a deemed interest; and

(iv) 4,875,000 units in which FFMC has a deemed interest.

Temasek became aware of the change in the percentage level of its interest on 17 February 2010.
