CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited, as manager of CapitaCommercial Trust (the "Manager") refers to the announcement issued on 17 July 2013 entitled "Presentation Slides - CapitaCommercial Trust Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results" and wishes to state that there are errors on some of the net property income figures on page 62 titled "1H 2013 net property income increased by 3.2% y-o-y". The duly corrected page 62 is attached. The duly corrected full set of the presentation slides is also attached and this supersedes the version announced earlier.

The above announcement is not expected to have any impact on the net asset value, net income or distribution of CapitaCommercial Trust for the financial period ended 30 June 2013.

The errors are regretted and the Manager apologises for any inconvenience caused.
