Description	The above announcement in relation to the extension of time for the execution of a definitive Sale and Purchase Agreement between Quill Capita Trust ("QCT") and MRCB Sentral Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, issued by Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd, as manager of QCT, to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, is attached for information. CapitaCommercial Trust is a substantial unitholder of QCT.
