Description	The announcement issued by Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of Quill Capita Management Sdn Bhd (QCM), as manager of Quill Capita Trust (QCT), to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, is attached for information. CapitaLand RECM Pte Ltd (CRPL) has divested its entire 40.0% stake in QCM, the manager of QCT. CRPL is a related company of the manager of CapitaCommercial Trust (CapitaCommercial Trust Management Limited (CCTML)). Both CCTML and CRPL are indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of CapitaLand Limited. CapitaCommercial Trust is a substantial unitholder of QCT.
